The UAE has become the first country in the Gulf to launch a new reporting platform named 'goAML' developed by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. It is a one-step solution launched to crack down on organised financial crimes.

RBI launched the Complaint Management System for lodging complaints against banks & NBFCs with a view to improving customer experience in timely redressal of grievances. Also, RBI plans to introduce an IVR system for tracking the status of complaints.

GoI stated that the number of wilful defaulters has risen 60% in the 5 years up to FY19, but over ₹ 7600 Cr has been recovered from these defaulters. The total number of wilful defaulters stood at 8,582 at the end of FY19, against 5349 at the end of FY15.

President of the BJP’s Rajasthan unit Madan Lal Saini has passed away at the age of 75. He was a Rajya Sabha MP. He was a former MLA and RSS volunteer. Also, he held various posts in the Bhartiya Kisan Morcha.
