• Business Development & Credit Proposals: Appraising MSME credit proposals, processing sanctions, disbursements, and managing customer relationships.
• Review/Renewals of Proposals/Accounts: Ensuring timely completion of reviews and renewals for proposals/accounts.
• Business Growth: Focusing on increasing the outstanding portfolio of direct credit for the branch.
• Customer Acquisition: Onboarding new customers to the bank during the given year.
• Representation & Committees: Representing SIDBI on various platforms and participating in credit committees.
• Management of SMAs & NPAs: Managing SMAs and NPAs, ensuring timely recovery of dues.
• Coordination of Legal Issues: Facilitating and coordinating legal matters related to the bank’s operations.
• MIS & Report Submission: Submitting monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly reports and MIS to the Head Office (HO) Verticals.

SIDBI Grade A Probation, Posting/Transfer

Candidates aren’t immediately hired on a permanent basis on selection. They have to serve a 2 year probationary period during which their performance is monitored while being trained for their post. The following are the details of the probationary period transfers:

• The selected candidates would be on probation for a period of 2 years which is extendable up to a maximum of 4 years at the discretion of SIDBI.
• The selected candidates will be liable to be posted/transferred at the discretion of SIDBI to various offices/verticals/associates/subsidiaries of SIDBI from time to time and on such terms and conditions as may be decided by SIDBI.
