What is the SIDBI Grade A 2026 exam pattern?

The SIDBI Grade A selection process begins with Phase I, an online screening examination consisting of a single paper with seven sections totaling 200 marks. Candidates who qualify based on the minimum cut-off marks set by SIDBI are shortlisted for Phase II, which includes two online papers carrying a total of 200 marks.

After qualifying Phase II, candidates undergo a psychometric test conducted through a third-party agency to assess communication, problem-solving ability, innovativeness, personality traits, willingness to work anywhere in India, and role suitability. • Offers practice questions with solutions: Hundreds of questions are included for every subject, each with clear step-by-step solutions. This helps you understand concepts better and avoid repeating mistakes, which can otherwise lower your score.
  • Provides real exam-like practice: The mock tests simulate the real exam environment, helping reduce stress and nervousness. Without this, many students feel unprepared and struggle with time management during the actual test.
  • Saves time by focusing on key topics: Instead of reading multiple books or unnecessary material, this guide highlights the most important topics and questions likely to appear in the exam. Avoiding irrelevant study saves time and keeps you focused on what truly matters.
