For the SSC Junior Engineer (JE) 2024 Paper-II Exam on 6th November 2024, candidates will have access to on-screen resources:

• IS 456:2000 Code & Steam Table: Civil & Structural candidates can use tables from IS 456:2000; Mechanical candidates can use the Steam Table. Both are accessible under the “Useful Data” option throughout the exam.
• On-Screen Calculator: A scientific calculator icon will be accessible on the left side of the screen for the entire exam duration.
• No Physical Materials Allowed: Only on-screen resources are permitted; physical tables or calculators cannot be brought into the exam lab.

• Scribe Registration Portal Opens: On 26th October 2024, individuals can register as scribes and obtain a One Time Registration (OTR) number.
• OTR Requirement for Admission Certificate: When Paper-II admission certificates are released, PwD/PwBD candidates using their own scribe must provide the scribe’s OTR number.
• Scribe’s Entry Pass: The scribe’s OTR number is also required to generate the scribe’s Entry Pass for the exam.
