SSC Stenographer Eligibility Criteria 2025

There are several factors in eligibility criteria such as educational qualifications, age limit, relaxation in age limit, citizenship, eligibility of ex-servicemen, reservations, etc. which are given below:-

Nationality

The SSC Stenographer Eligibility Criteria also include the nationality of the candidates. The details regarding candidates’ citizenship are as follows.

A candidate must meet one of the following criteria:

  • (a) A citizen of India.
  • (b) A citizen of Nepal.
  • (c) A citizen of Bhutan.
  • (d) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam intending to settle in India permanently.
