The NABARD Grade A examination follows a three-stage selection process: Prelims, Mains, and Final (Interview/Phase 3). The cut-off marks for each stage are released separately and vary by category (SC, ST, OBC, EWS, UR) and discipline (General, Finance, Agriculture, etc.). For the Prelims 2024, qualifying and merit section-wise marks were set for all candidates. Unreserved and EWS candidates required slightly higher marks compared to OBC, SC, ST, and PwBD candidates across subjects like Reasoning & English (RE), English Language (EL), Computer Knowledge (CK), Quantitative Aptitude (QA), Decision Making (DM), General Awareness (GA), Economic & Social Issues (ES), and Agriculture & Rural Development (AR).
