RPF SI Eligibility Criteria, Age Limit and Qualification Details

The RPF SI Eligibility Criteria depend upon three major factors - age limit, educational qualification, and nationality. Candidates looking to appear for the examination must meet the criteria set by the board. The RPF SI age limit for candidates is 20 - 28. The board also provides age relaxations to candidates based on their category. The minimum qualification required to apply for the SI posts is a graduation degree. RPF SI Eligibility Criteria 2025

 

Candidates can appear for the SI examination as many times as they want. There is no particular limit for the number of attempts set by the board. As long as candidates meet the RPF SI criteria, they can appear for the exam. Besides this, there is also no restriction on the work experience requirement. Candidates who do not possess any work experience can also apply for the examination if they meet the eligibility criteria.

RPF Age Limit for Sub Inspector

 

The Railway Recruitment Board accepts candidates within the age group of 20 - 28 years for the sub-inspector position. The table below shows the details for the RPF age limit:

RPF SI Educational Qualification

RPF SI Nationality

 

Aspiring candidates aiming to join the Indian Railways must hold Indian citizenship to be eligible. Candidates need to submit their original, authenticated documents to the board for verification. The board will examine all ID documents of the candidates. In case of any discrepancies or fraudulent activity, the particular applicant will be disqualified from the recruitment process.
