IDBI SO Eligibility Criteria 2025

 

To be eligible for the Specialist Officer posts, candidates must meet the required educational qualifications, age limits, and work experience as specified in the official notification. 

1. Educational Qualification:

Candidates must hold a degree relevant to the post. For example:

  • Information System Audit: B.Tech/B.E in IT/ECE/CS or Graduate with CISA or equivalent
  • Finance & Accounts: CA / ICWA / MBA in Finance
  • Legal: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB)

2. Work Experience:

Applicants must have post-qualification experience in the relevant field ranging from 3 to 10 years, depending on the post and grade.

3. Age Limit:

IDBI SO Posting and Appointment

 

The initial appointment for all posts will be on probation for a period of one year from the date of joining, extendable at the discretion of the Bank. Candidates may be posted in any relevant role at any of the Bank's offices, branches, departments, or associate institutions. They may also be transferred anywhere within or outside India, as per the Bank's prevailing rules and service policies.
