Eight persons- A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H are sitting around a circular table but not necessarily in the same order. Some persons are facing inside the centre and some persons are facing outside the centre. Not more than two adjacent persons are facing same direction.
Three persons sit between H and C.
H sits second to the left of G.

B sits third to the left G.
B and G face same direction.

D sits immediate right of A.
A neither faces outside nor sits adjacent to B.
Thus, Case 1 gets cancelled.

The number of persons facing outside is more than the number of person facing inside.
E sits second to the right of F.

This is the final arrangement.

Only one person i.e. E will remain in the same position after rearrangement except A.
