Solution :
Series 1:
15, 17, 11, 23, P, 33

P = 3
Series 2:
48, 98, Q, 398, 798, 1598
(48 + 1) * 2 = 98
(98 + 1) * 2 = 198
(198 + 1) * 2 = 398
(398 + 1) * 2 = 798
(798 + 1) * 2 = 1598
Q = 198
P + Q = 3 + 198 = 201
x2 - (5K + 13)x - 45K + 12 = 0
2012 - (5K + 13)*201 - 45K + 12 = 0
40401 - 1005K - 2613 - 45K + 12 = 0
1050K = 37800
K = 36
