Number of persons in R1 in city A = 4200
Amount collected = 4200 * 20 = Rs. 84000
Number of persons in R3 in city A = 4600
Amount collected = 4600 * 25 = Rs. 1,15,000
Total amount = 84000 + 115000 = Rs. 199000
