Let the number = 10x + y
From I:
Number obtained after reversing the digits =10y + x
Now,
(10y + x) - (10x + y) = 45

From II:
Unit digit = y
Tens digit = x
Now,
y - x = 5
Statement II alone is not sufficient.
From I and II:
Since after solving statements I and II we will get the same equation which is not sufficient to answer the question.
Statement I and II together are not sufficient.
