If you want to appear for the RBI Grade B Exam 2024, then the first step is to register yourself and submit your applications for the exam. The RBI Grade B Apply Online 2024 process will commence on 25th July 2024 and will continue till 16th August 2024. Candidates have to first register themselves on the official website of RBI if they are new users. After registration, candidates have to log in with their registered ID and password and fill out the application form. Prerequisites Required to Fill the RBI Grade B Form

Before applying online, candidates should check out the following RBI Grade B Form Prerequisites:

• Scan the photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm), signature, left thumb impression, and a hand-written declaration as per the required specifications.
• Signatures in CAPITAL LETTERS are not acceptable.
• The left thumb impression must be scanned. (If a candidate does not have a left thumb, he/she may use his/ her right thumb for applying)
• The text for the hand-written declaration is as follows – "I, _ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."
• The handwritten declaration has to be in the candidate's handwriting and in English only. The application will be considered invalid if it is written by someone else. (In the case of Visually Impaired candidates who cannot write may get the text of the declaration typed put their left-hand thumb impression below the typed declaration and upload the document as per specifications)
• Keep the necessary details/documents ready to make Online Payment of the requisite application fee/ intimation charges
• Have a valid personal email ID & mobile number which must remain active till the completion of this recruitment process. The bank may send intimation to download call letters for the Examination etc. through the registered e-mail ID. E-mail ID must remain the same during the entire process of recruitment.

RBI Grade B Apply Online - Application Procedure

• Registration: Candidates first need to register themselves if they are new users. You will find all the RBI notifications on its official website.
• For registration, the candidates just need to enter some basic details such as name, dob, parent's name, etc.
• After registering, the candidates will get the user ID & Password which will be used for the complete recruitment cycle.
• The candidates will have to enter a few more details, and upload the photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and written declaration after logging in with the registered User ID & Password.
• After that, candidates need to pay the application fee and click on Submit.
• Also, candidates must download their application forms.

Guidelines for RBI Grade B Application Process 2024

Before applying online, a candidate will be required to have a scanned (digital) image of his/her photograph and signature as per the specifications given below. 

(i) Photograph Image: (4.5cm × 3.5cm)

• The photograph must be a recent passport-style color picture.
• Make sure that the picture is in color, taken against a light-colored, preferably white background.
• Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
• The size of the file should be between 20kb–50 kb
• Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb.

(ii) Signature, Left Thumb (LT) impression, and Handwriting declaration Image

• Sign on white paper with a Black Ink pen.
• Put the left thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink
• Write the declaration in English clearly on white paper with black ink.
• The signature left a thumb impression, and the handwritten declaration should be of the applicant and not of any other person.
• If the Applicant's signature on the attendance sheet or Call letter, signed at the time of the examination does not match the signature uploaded, the Applicant will be disqualified.

Handwritten Declaration for RBI Grade B 2024

The handwritten declaration text required by the RBI is as follows:

"I, _____ (your name), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the declaration form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when needed."

• Signature / Handwritten declaration in CAPITAL LETTERS shall NOT be accepted.
• Set the scanner resolution to a minimum of 200 dpi (dots per inch)
• Set Color to True Color
