IBPS Clerk Mains: Expected Cut-Offs & Exam Analysis

Dear Aspirants,

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducted the IBPS Clerk Mains 2016 Exam on 1st Jan 2017 in a single slot across the country. The exam was one of the toughest papers in recent times and came as an unpleasant surprise to many aspirants.

It was conducted for the first time in the sectional timing pattern and many candidates felt they could have used additional time (from other sections) for a couple of the sections had there been no sectional times allotted especially the Reasoning & Quant sections which had only 30 minutes allotted to each.

IBPS Clerk Mains 2016 Expected Cut-Offs

The Cut-Offs for IBPS Clerk 2016 Mains will be different for each state depending on the number of vacancies. Hence, the expected numbers below are just a rough indicator based on the overall paper. Since there will be no interview, the number of candidates who clear the IBPS Clerk 2016 Main exam will be lower than those in previous years as this time, the final selections will be made based on these scores.
