What is the IFSCA Grade A exam pattern?

 

The IFSCA Grade A exam pattern comprises three stages that select candidates for the post of Assistant Manager. The first two stages are online exams designed to test both general aptitude and specialised knowledge in streams such as General, Legal, and Information Technology (IT). Phase 1 is a screening test conducted to shortlist candidates for the mains exam. Phase 2 is the mains exam, which assesses in-depth subject knowledge and English language skills. Candidates who clear Phase 2 are called for Phase 3, the interview, which carries 15% weightage in the final selection. Marks obtained in Phase 2 contribute 85% to the final score. Additionally, IT stream candidates must clear a coding test before appearing for the interview.
