SIDBI Grade A Eligibility
SIDBI has announced 50 vacancies for Grade A Assistant Manager post. SIDBI Grade A Eligibility must be known to each candidate. The candidates must make sure that they meet all the SIDBI exam eligibility parameters to avoid any kind of issue in their recruitment process. The parameters on which eligibility is checked are nationality, age limit, educational qualification, experience, etc.
SIDBI Grade A Eligibility 2024
Before we move on to the detailed SIDBI Grade A Eligibility, let us look at the cut off dates that are extremely important. This means that the candidates must meet the SIDBI Grade A Eligibility as on or before the dates mentioned below.

SIDBI Exam Eligibility
In this section, we will discuss all the parameters on which eligibility is measured. The candidates must fulfill all the SIDBI Grade A eligibility as failure in any of these may result in the cancellation of the candidature.
SIDBI Grade A Nationality
To fulfill the SIDBI Grade A Nationality, candidate must be either-
- a citizen of India or
- a subject of Nepal or
- a subject of Bhutan or
- a Tibetan refugee (who came over to India before 1st January 1962) with the intention of permanently settling in India; or
- a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malwi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
SIDBI Grade A Age Limit
The eligible age limit for applicants is a minimum of 21 years and a maximum of 30 years. Candidates who were born on or after November 8, 1994, and on or before November 9, 2003 (inclusive of both dates) are eligible to apply.

SIDBI Grade A Age Relaxation
Certain age relaxations are provided to some categories. We have mentioned the SIDBI Grade A age relaxation criteria for different categories in the table below:

| The candidate shall possess any of the following education qualifications: A). Graduation in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants). OR B). Qualification as a Company Secretary (CS), Certified Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). OR Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. OR C). MBA/PGDM (in any discipline), must be a full-time, 2-year course from a University/Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) or Government of India, or approved by regulatory bodies. Minimum of 60% marks (SC / ST / PwBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate from Universities / Institutions recognized by GoI / UGC/ AICTE. |

Subsidiaries of Scheduled Commercial Banks specializing in the MSME segment. Project management with nationally recognized consultancy firms, focusing on the administration and implementation of projects or schemes of national importance. This experience should include consulting and managing government project implementation, government project management, digital projects related to lending, or government consultancy projects, with the firm having at least 10 years of experience in similar fields. |

SIDBI Grade B Eligibility
Well, Grade B post is for Managers. If you are looking for SIDBI Grade B Eligibility, then you are at a right place. If we talk about SIDBI Grade B Age limit, the candidate should not be more than 37 years of age as on August 31, 2024. To fulfill the SIDBI Grade B Eligibility in terms of educational qualification, the candidates must be graduates in relevant discipline and should have at least 4 years experience in officers cadre in public sector banks.
