SSC CPO Selection Process – Paper 1 and 2 Exam Pattern

The SSC CPO (Staff Selection Commission Central Police Organization) exam pattern comprises two stages: Paper I and Paper II.

SSC CPO Physical Endurance Test 2025

The SSC CPO Physical Endurance Test (PET) 2025 assesses candidates’ physical fitness through various exercises. For male candidates, the PET includes a 100-meter race, a 1.6 km race, long jump, high jump, and shot put. SSC CPO Medical Exam 2025

Candidates who pass Paper II will need to undergo a medical examination to ensure they meet the required health and physical standards. The examination will be conducted by a Medical Officer from CAPFs or a Grade-I Medical Officer from a Central or State Government Hospital or Dispensary.

Medical Examination: Candidates who pass Paper II will undergo a medical check-up by a CAPF Medical Officer or a Grade-I Medical Officer from a Government Hospital or Dispensary.
Review Medical Examination (RME): If a candidate is marked unfit during the Detailed Medical Examination (DME), a Review Medical Examination will be done, usually the next day. The decision of the Review Medical Board is final and cannot be challenged.
Eye Sight:
- Near Vision: N6 (better eye), N9 (worse eye)
- Distant Vision: 6/6 (better eye), 6/9 (worse eye)
- Vision should be clear without corrective aids like glasses or surgery.
- For right-handed candidates, the right eye is considered the better one, and vice versa.
Physical Conditions: Candidates should not have knock knees, flat feet, varicose veins, or squint eyes. They must have normal color vision.
General Health: Candidates must be mentally and physically healthy, without any conditions that could affect their ability to perform duties effectively.

SSC CPO Final Test 2025
