The SSC GD Physical Test Date 2024 will be released soon by the Nodal CAPF (CRPF) for the SSC GD Constable Physical Test (PET/PST) in August 2024. The CRPF will conduct the SSC GD PET/PST 2024 exam for candidates who have been shortlisted based on their performance in the SSC GD Constable online exam (CBE). A total of 3,51,176 candidates will appear for the SSC GD Physical Test 2024 including 311,736 male candidates and 39,440 female candidates. Candidates must meet the SSC GD Constable specified height, weight, and chest requirements in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST).

SSC GD Physical Test 2024

The SSC GD selection process involves several stages: a computer-based test, a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), a Physical Standard Test (PST), and a medical examination. The SSC announced the SSC GD Result 2024 on 10th July 2024. The PST assesses candidates on various physical criteria:

Running: Completing a specified distance within a given time.
Height: Meeting the minimum height requirements.
Chest Measurements: Achieving the required chest size (for male candidates).
Weight: Falling within the acceptable weight range.

What Is the SSC GD Physical Test(PET/PST)?

SSC GD Constable Physical Exam Date 2024

The Central Reserve Police Force will conduct physical tests to fill 46,617 GD Constable vacancies, with 41,467 for males and 5,150 for females. According to the SSC GD Result, 351,176 candidates have been shortlisted for the Physical Test. This includes 311,736 male candidates and 39,440 female candidates. The dates for the SSC GD Physical Exam 2024 will be announced soon on the official website http://www.crpf.gov.in. The Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) are designed to assess the physical fitness of both male and female candidates.

SSC GD Physical Standard Test Weight

The physical efficiency test includes a running test, which is different for male and female candidates. The SSC has prescribed certain running time standards that a candidate must fulfill to be eligible for further rounds of the recruitment process. SSC GD Medical Examination For Male and Female

The medical examination includes a vision test, which is important for candidates to meet certain standards to be eligible for recruitment. The SSC has prescribed certain vision standards for male and female candidates.

The candidate should have good binocular vision and should be able to read 6/6 in a distant vision chart with both eyes without glasses. The vision requirements for male and female candidates in the SSC GD Constable examination is given below.
