An important parameter in the PST is weight, which is different for male and female candidates. SSC GD Physical Standard – Running Time for Male and Female

The physical efficiency test includes a running test, which is different for male and female candidates. The SSC has prescribed certain running time standards that a candidate must fulfill to be eligible for further rounds of the recruitment process. The running time requirements for male and female candidates in the SSC GD Constable examination is given below.

SSC GD Physical Standard – Long Jump and High Jump for Male and Female

The physical efficiency test also includes long jump and high jump tests, which are different for male and female candidates. The SSC has prescribed certain standards for long jump and high jump that a candidate must fulfill to be eligible for further rounds of the recruitment process. SSC GD Physical Standard – Vision for Male and Female

The medical examination includes a vision test, which is important for candidates to meet certain standards to be eligible for recruitment. The SSC has prescribed certain vision standards for male and female candidates. The candidate should have good binocular vision and should be able to read 6/6 in a distant vision chart with both eyes without glasses.
