SSC GD Physical Test 2024 Date Notice Out, PET PST Schedule

The SSC GD Physical Test Date 2024 Notice has been released, stating that the SSC GD Physical Test will be held in 22 Recruitment Centres of CISF, tentatively from 23rd September to 8th November 2024, by the CRPF, which is the Nodal CAPF for the SSC GD Constable Physical Test (PET/PST). The CRPF will conduct the PET/PST for candidates shortlisted from the SSC GD Constable online exam (CBE). Candidates must meet the specified height, weight, and chest requirements during the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST).

The SSC GD selection process involves several stages: a computer-based test, a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), a Physical Standard Test (PST), and a medical examination. The SSC announced the SSC GD Result 2024 on 10th July 2024. The PST assesses candidates on various physical criteria:

What Is the SSC GD Physical Test(PET/PST)?

SSC GD Constable Physical Exam Date 2024

The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) will conduct physical tests for 46,617 GD Constable positions, with 41,467 positions for males and 5,150 for females. Based on the SSC GD Result, 351,176 candidates have been shortlisted, including 311,736 males and 39,440 females. The dates for the SSC GD Physical Exam 2024 have been released which is tentatively scheduled to be held from 23rd September to 8th November 2024. The Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will assess the physical fitness of all candidates.
