Transport Allowance (TA)
The rate of transport allowance per month as per you posting is as mentioned below:
- Employees posted in the cities: Rs.3600+DA thereon
- Employees posted at all other places: Rs.1800+DA thereon

Diet allowance/Ration Money
Diet Allowance or Ration money is provided to the CPO employees to cater to their dietary needs.
- The Diet allowance of Rs 101.5 is provided to SI in Delhi Police.
- Ration money of Rs 97.85 per head per day is admissible to SI in CISF.
Education Allowance For Children/ Hostel Subsidy
- You will also get CEA (Children Education Allowance) @ Rs.2250/- per month for children studying class Nursery to 12th class. Whenever DA increases by 50%, CEA shall increase by 25%.
- Hostel subsidy @ Rs.6750/- per month for children studying in hostel. Whenever DA increases by 50%, CEA shall increase by 25%.
Dress Allowance
Rs.10,000/- (Annual) Constable to Inspector in the month of July of every year.
