- The preferred dimensions for declaration are 8000 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI i.e. 10 cm X 5 cm (Width X Height) and the file size should be between 50Kb – 100 Kb.
- For the left thumb impression, the preferred dimensions are 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI i.e. 3 cm X 5 cm (Width X Height) and the file size should be between 20Kb – 50 Kb.
- The photograph must be of 4.5 cm × 3.5 cm with preferred dimensions of 200 x 230 pixels and file size between 20KB – 50KB.
- For signature the file size must be between 10KB – 20KB with preferred dimensions of 140 x 60 pixels.
Also note that the file type must be jpg/jpeg for all the documents.
