The JAIIB 2026 registration dates will be released soon along with the official Notification PDF by the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF). JAIIB Eligibility

 

To be eligible for the JAIIB exam, candidates must fulfill the complete JAIIB eligibility criteria. They should be ordinary members of the IIBF and working in a bank or financial institution whose employer is an Institutional Member of IIBF. Generally, candidates are expected to have passed the 12th standard (10+2) or its equivalent in any discipline. Clerical or supervisory staff who have not completed 12th may be allowed to appear with a recommendation from their bank's Manager or Officer-in-Charge. Subordinate staff must be IIBF members, working in recognized banking or financial institutions in India, and have passed the 12th standard or its equivalent.

IIBF Membership Renewal

 

The Indian Institute of Banking & Finance offers Life Membership, which is mandatory for availing the Institute's services, including registration for flagship exams like JAIIB and CAIIB. Only old members enrolled prior to 1999 who are not Life Members are eligible for renewal. Members enrolled from the year 2000 onwards are already Life Members and do not require renewal.
