RRB JE Selection Process 2024

The selection process for the RRB JE Recruitment 2024 involves two stages of Computer-Based Tests (CBT):

Computer-Based Test (CBT) Stage 1: The first stage is a computer-based test with multiple-choice questions on General Intelligence, Reasoning, Mathematics, General Awareness, and General Science. This is a screening test, and you need to score at least the minimum required marks to move on to the next stage.

Computer-Based Test (CBT) Stage 2: If you pass Stage 1, you will take the second stage, which is also a computer-based test. This stage covers technical subjects related to your chosen engineering field, such as Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.

Document Verification: Candidates who pass Stage 2 will need to provide documents to confirm their eligibility. This includes educational certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), identity proof, and other relevant documents. Make sure all documents are correct and meet the RRB’s requirements.

Medical Fitness Test: After document verification, you must pass a medical fitness test to ensure you meet the health standards required for the job. The standards vary depending on the job and Railway Administration’s requirements.

RRB JE 2024 Salary

The RRB JE Salary 2024 for Chemical Supervisor / Research and Metallurgical Supervisor / Research is Rs. 44,900 (Pay Level 7). For Junior Engineer, Depot Material Superintendent, and Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant, the salary is Rs. 35,400 (Pay Level 6).

RRB JE Training Period Salary

From 28th September 2022, the Government of India increased the Dearness Allowance for all government employees, which affects both Gross and In-Hand Salary. RRB JE Cut Off 2024

The Railway Recruitment Board will release the RRB JE Cut Off 2024 marks after the successful completion of the exam. This cut-off sets a standard for candidates, indicating the minimum qualifying marks required to pass the exam. Generally, the qualifying marks are 40% for General candidates, 30% for OBC and SC candidates, and 25% for ST candidates. These percentages are based on 100 marks for CBT-I and 150 marks for CBT-II.
