Documents required while applying online

While filling out the application form, candidates need to upload the required documents. Before applying online for SSC CHSL candidates must be aware of the documents they need to upload. The required documents are as follows:

• Scanned signature of the candidate.
• Marksheet of 10th and 12th.

Application Fee for SSC CHSL 2022

After submitting the application form, candidates need to pay the application fee. Application is considered by the SSC only after the payment of the application fee. We have mentioned below the category-wise application fees.

• Male candidates belonging to UR, OBC, and EWS categories need to pay Rs.100 as an application fee.
• The application fee is exempted for women, and candidates belonging to SC, ST, PWD, and other reserved categories.

SSC CHSL 2022 Eligibility Criteria

SSC has a set of eligibility criteria that needs to be fulfilled by the candidates in order to be eligible to apply online. Candidates must be aware of these eligibility criteria. We have mentioned below the required educational qualification and age criteria for the candidates.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 or have an equivalent certification from a government-recognized board or institution.
• To apply for the post of DEO, candidates must have passed 10+2 with science stream and maths as their main subjects.

Age

• Minimum Age – 18 years
• Maximum Age – 27 years 

There is a provision for relaxation in the upper age limit as follows.

10	Central Government civilian employees who have rendered 3 or more years of regular and continuous service as on closing date for receipt of online applications.	Up to 40 years of age
11	Central Government civilian employees who have rendered 3 or more years of regular and continuous service as on closing date for receipt of online applications (SC/ ST).	Up to 45 years of age
12	Widows/Divorced women or judicially separated women and who are not remarried.	Up to 35 years of age
