Aspirants must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a known and recognized university.

  1. Age

IBPS PO aspirants must be at least 20 years old if they want to sit for the exam; the maximum age limit is 30 years. In the past few years, the maximum age limit has been relaxed to some extent and it is as follows-

  • Indian origin people who have travelled from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma and East African countries (the United Republic of Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Vietnam, and Ethiopia) with the aim of permanent settlement in India, must also have in their possession an Eligibility Certificate issued by the Govt. of India.
