The starting IBPS PO In Hand Salary ranges between ₹52,000 to ₹55,000 per month, including dearness allowance, special allowances, and other benefits. The basic pay for a newly appointed PO is ₹36,000, as per the latest salary revision under the 11th Bipartite Settlement.
