If you register after the deadline, you have to pay the regular exam fee plus an additional fee as a fine; so, it is best to register ahead of time to prevent paying the penalty.

How to Apply Online for JAIIB?
Candidates should follow these steps to apply for the JAIIB exam:
- Visit IIBF Website: Access the official website of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) by typing www.iibf.org.in into your web browser.
- Navigate to Examinations/Courses: On the homepage, locate and click on the “Examination/Courses” option. This will direct you to a page where you can find information related to the various examinations and courses offered by IIBF.
- Select Flagship Course: Within the “Examination/Courses” section, choose the “Flagship Course” option. This selection will lead you to a list of flagship courses provided by the institute.
- Choose JAIIB Exam 2024: From the list of flagship courses, find and select the “JAIIB Exam 2024.” This action will take you to the page specifically dedicated to information and resources related to the Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (JAIIB) exam for the year 2024.
- Access Online Application: On the JAIIB Exam 2024 page, locate and click on the “Apply Online” tab. This will initiate the application process for the exam.
- Log in with Membership Credentials: After clicking on “Apply Online,” you’ll be prompted to choose the category of application. Select “Exams (Members)” from the dropdown box. Then, log in using your membership credentials by clicking on the “JAIIB” option.

JAIIB Application Fee
Candidates should clear the exam within the time limit of three years. If you do not pass the exam within the allotted time, you must re-enroll as a fresh student, and the institute will give no credit. For the first try, a two-year time limit will begin on the date of application. Attempts will be counted regardless of whether or not an applicant presents for any examination.
The JAIIB registration fee is based on the number of attempts made by the candidates and the time of registration. The following is the baseline registration price for the JAIIB Exam based on the number of attempts:
