As of 2025, the State Bank of India (SBI) has revised the SBI PO Salary Structure 2025. The starting basic pay is now ₹48,480/-, which includes four advance increments, under the pay scale of ₹48,480–2000/7–62,480–2340/2–67,160–2680/7–85,920, applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I. In addition to the basic pay, SBI POs are entitled to a comprehensive benefits package that includes Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), Provident Fund, Contributory Pension Scheme (NPS), Leave Fare Concession (LFC), Medical Facilities, Lease Rental Facility, and various other allowances and perquisites as per prevailing rules.
