There are several factors in eligibility criteria such as educational qualifications, age limit, relaxation in age limit, citizenship, eligibility of ex-servicemen, reservations, etc. which are given below:-

Nationality

The SSC Stenographer Eligibility Criteria also include the nationality of the candidates. The details regarding candidates’ citizenship are as follows.

A candidate must meet one of the following criteria:

  • (a) A citizen of India.
  • (b) A citizen of Nepal.
  • (c) A citizen of Bhutan.
  • (d) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam intending to settle in India permanently.

The SSC Stenographer 2024 admit card will be available for download on ssc.gov.in. Separate admit cards will be issued for the CBT Exam and Skill Test. The following are the steps to be followed to download the SSC Stenographer 2024 Admit Card.

  • Candidates should visit the official website of SSC and click on ‘Admit Card’ appearing on the upper-left side of the home page.
  • Click on the URL of the Regional Websites under whose jurisdiction the selected centers of examination in the application form are located. 
  • On the homepage of the Regional Website, click on the ‘Admit Card‘ or ‘Download Admit Card’ tab to get access to the Admit card. 
  • Fill in the required credentials such as Registered ID, Date of Birth, or Candidate’s and Candidate’s Father’s Name along with the date of birth to download the PDF of the Admit card. 
  • Take two printouts of the Admit Card PDF.
