The IIFCL Grade A Exam 2026 is a major opportunity for candidates who want to join the India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited. As per the official notification, there are a total of 37 vacancies, including 33 posts for Grade A and 4 posts for Grade B for Assistant Manager and Manager roles. When will the IIFCL Grade A interview is scheduled?

 

The IIFCL Grade A interview is the second stage of the selection process for Assistant Manager and Manager posts. Candidates are shortlisted based on their marks in the Phase 1 online examination, subject to the cut-off set by IIFCL. The interview is expected to be held in June/July 2026 and carries 60% weightage in the final selection, while the online exam carries 40%.

The interview is conducted for 100 marks and can be given in Hindi or English. Shortlisted candidates must download their call letters from the official IIFCL website and carry original documents along with self-attested copies for verification. IIFCL may also conduct a Group Discussion or Psychometric Test if required. The selection process for the IIFCL Grade A Assistant Manager post has two stages: an online examination and an interview.
