As per the released notification PDF, the IIFCL Grade A selection process for the Assistant Manager post includes an online exam and an interview. Candidates are first shortlisted based on their online exam performance, followed by the interview. When will the IIFCL Grade A interview be conducted?

 

The IIFCL Grade A interview is the second stage of the selection process for Assistant Manager and Manager posts. Candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in the Phase 1 online examination as per the cut-off decided by IIFCL. The interview is expected to be held in June/July 2026 and carries 60% weightage in the final selection, while the online exam carries 40%. The final merit list is prepared based on combined scores, and candidates must qualify both stages to be selected.
