JKSSB Junior Assistant Admit Card 2022

The candidates need to download the JKSSB Junior Assistant Admit Card to be eligible to appear for the examination. The candidates who get registered in response to the examination and whose applications are provisionally accepted by the Board will be provided with Roll Numbers and Admit cards or Roll No. Slip to be eligible to appear for the computer-based examination. 

The JKSSB provides the examination details on its official website. Candidates aspiring to appear for examination should visit the official website to get the precise information regarding the date of examination and examination city and centre well in advance. The Board will upload all this information two weeks before the examination. If any of the candidates fail to find his/her roll number on the website, then he/she must communicate with the authorized Divisional Office of the J&K Services Selection Board.

If the candidates need to communicate with the authorities, they must submit their online submitted application form, mobile number, email ID, and other personal details such as the Name of the candidate, date of birth, and examination name. In case the candidates fail to submit these details while communicating with the authorities, then the Board will not entertain such communication. 

The Board provides the facility to download the admit card about one week before the date of examination on its official website i.e., https://www.jkssb.nic.in/The candidates need to carry the hard copy of the Hall ticket/ Admit Card/ Roll Number Slip to the examination centre. 

The JKSSB will not issue the roll number slip or admit card by post for any level of selection process individually to each candidate. Therefore candidates should be in touch with the official website for admit card issuance notification. 

How To Download The JKSSB Junior Assistant Admit Card?

Step 1: Visit the official website of JKSSB to download the admit card ( https://www.jkssb.nic.in/)

Step 2: Search for the link for downloading the admit card or the notification for the release of admit card on the home page of the Board's website. 

Step 3: You can also search the admit card downloading in the ‘What's new' Section. 

Step 4: After clicking on the link, provide for your login credentials to get access to your account. 

Step 5: Give the essential details such as date of birth in the requested format, registration number, and password. 

Step 6: Once the system has verified the provided details, you will be able to access your admit card in PDF format. 

Step 7: Download the admit card and take more than one printout to avoid any future difficulty

JKSSB Junior Assistant Exam Guidelines

Candidates should refer to the examination guidelines carefully before the examination. The admit card will possess the details regarding the reporting time, instructions for giving answers, and much other important information which the candidates should read and follow precisely. The candidates should preserve the admit card till the selection process reaches its end. The authorities will demand the admit card during the document verification process. 

As mentioned in the notification, the candidates will be required to carry valid Photo-ID proof along with them to the examination centre. The valid Photo-ID proofs are provided below: 

  • Aadhaar Card/ Printout of E-Aadhaar,
  • Driving License
  • Voter's ID Card
  • PAN Card
  • School/ College/ University I-Card,
  • Passport,
  • Employer ID Card (Govt./Private/PSU), etc

They should also carry a minimum of two passport size latest photographs to the examination centre as the same will be expected by the authorities. Candidates need to carry admit cards, valid photo-ID proof, and two recent passport-sized photographs to the examination venue or else they will not be allowed to appear for the examination.

The candidates suffering from disabilities are allowed to use the facility of the scribe. However, they should carry the mentioned Medical certificate/ Undertaking/ Photocopy of the Scribe's photo ID proof in the notification to be eligible for writing examination together with admit card.

Verification Of Details On Admit Card

Candidates should cross-check their personal details on the JKSSB Junior Assistant Admit Card before going for the examination. Admit Card will possess the following information: 

  • Candidate's Name.
  • Candidate's Date of Birth.
  • Examination Date, Day, and Time.
  • Examination Centre.
  • Candidate's Photo.
  • Candidate's Signature.
  • Important Instructions.

Important Instructions Regarding Examination

Candidates before appearing for the examination should verify the satisfaction of requirements of eligibility criteria for various parameters such as educational qualification, age, residential status, and reserved category status. They should possess the original copies of the certificates whose information is provided in the application form to sustain their claims. If the candidates fail to produce the document's copies, their candidature will be cancelled.

What is the minimum qualification required for the position of JKSSB Junior Assistant? +

As per the official notification by the Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board, all applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university. A typing speed of a minimum of 35 words per minute is required of candidates.
