RRB ALP Nationality
To be recruited as an Assistant Loco Pilot, candidates also need to meet the nationality criteria set by the RRB. Applicants must meet one of the following nationality criteria to be eligible for the examination:
- Candidates must be from India, Nepal, or Bhutan
- Tibetan refugees who came to India before January 1, 1962, to settle permanently can also apply.
- Applicants who are of Indian origin and have arrived from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or the East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam to settle permanently can also apply.

RRB ALP Medical Qualification 2025
Every shortlisted applicant from CBT 2 will have to appear for a medical test. The board will examine the general fitness and visual acuity of candidates. The table below shows the RRB ALP Medical Qualification requirements:
