SSC CGL 2024 Application Form Fill-Up Process

The SSC CGL Application Process consists of two steps. First, candidates must register themselves, and then they need to fill out the Application Form. If any candidates have already registered, they can directly log in and fill out the Application Form Online.

SSC CGL 2024 Application Form One-Time Registration Process(OTR)

Follow the below-mentioned steps while Applying Online for the SSC CGL Examination 2024:

• Visit the SSC Official Website: Go to the SSC official website or use the direct link provided above.

• Login or Register: Click on the Apply , if New user click on the ‘Register Now’ button

• Start Registration: Click on ‘Register Now’.

• Enter Details: Click on ‘Continue’ and fill in all required details including Aadhaar Number, name, father’s name, mother’s name, and date of birth twice to ensure accuracy. Discrepancies will be highlighted in red text.

• Verify Mobile Number and Email ID: Your mobile number and email ID will be verified using OTP sent to them.

• Save Registration: Click on ‘Save Next’. You will be redirected to a page displaying your Registration Number. The Registration Number and Password will be sent to your mobile number and email ID. Complete the registration within 14 days, or the saved details will be deleted.

• Complete Registration: Proceed to complete your registration by clicking ‘Continue’. You will be directed to the login page.
• If you decide to finish the process later, access it by clicking ‘Login or Register’ at the top of the website. Use your Registration Number as your username and the password sent to your phone and email for your initial login. You will have the opportunity to create a new password during this first login.

• Create a New Password: Upon first login, create a new password. Log in again using the Registration Number and the new password.

• Provide Additional Details: Enter additional details like Category and Nationality. If you are not an Indian citizen, provide contact details for other nationals. Indian citizens should fill in their permanent and current addresses.

• Enter Identification and Disability Details: Provide details about any visible identification marks and any disabilities, including the Disability Certification Number if applicable.

• Submit Declaration: Read the declaration carefully, tick the “I agree” box next to “Preview OTR,” and click on the “Declare” button to submit the declaration.

• Fill Application Form: After submitting the registration declaration, you will be redirected to the login page. Log in using your new Registration Number and the password you created to fill out the SSC CGL Application Form 2024.

SSC CGL Application Form Fill-Up Step-by-Step Process

Follow the steps while filling out the SSC CGL Application Form 2024:

Step 1: Log In using your Registration Number and Password after that click on Apply For Combined Graduate Level Examination.

Step 2: Click On Apply.

Step 3: Click on Fill Form and then, Fill out Educational and additional details then click on Save Next.

Note: Candidates who have passed from CBSE Or ICSE Board select State/UT Of Board Or University as DELHI.

Step 4: Candidates had to Upload their Signature and Photograph.

This year, a new process has been implemented for uploading photographs. Candidates are no longer able to upload previously taken photographs. Instead, they must capture live photographs using a laptop camera, webcam, or by scanning the QR code and downloading the SSC App. After registering using their OTR ID and password, candidates must capture a live image against a light background using their mobile camera. Signatures can be uploaded as a JPEG image with a file size between 10 to 20kb from their saved images.

Guidelines for Photograph and Signature Before Filling SSC CGL Application Form

While Filling out the SSC CGL Online Application Form, candidates must ensure they have the following data ready. Follow these guidelines to capture a suitable photograph and prepare other required documents to avoid any issues during the SSC CGL Application Process.

SSC CGL 2024 – Photograph Instructions:

1. Finding a Good Spot: Select a place with good lighting and a plain background.
2. Camera Positioning: Ensure the camera is at eye level before taking the photo.
3. Positioning Yourself: Stand or sit directly in front of the camera, looking straight ahead.
4. Face Alignment: Make sure your face is fully within the red rectangular area on the screen. Your face should not be too close or too far, and it should completely fill the rectangle without any part outside the boundaries.
5. Appearance: Do not wear a cap, mask, or glasses/spectacles while capturing the photo.

If you are unable to capture your photo using a camera, use the QR code provided. The photo should be taken without a cap, without spectacles, and with a frontal view of the face.

Note: Applications with photographs that do not comply with these instructions may be rejected.

SSC CGL 2024 – Signature and Other Documents Instruction

Note: The photograph should not be blurred; otherwise, it will not be saved and uploaded in the application form.

Step 5: Candidates had to preview the Application Form and submit the application fees using BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit, or Debit cards.

Step 6: Once you have submitted your application form, it’ll be accepted provisionally. Remember to print out a copy of the form. You’ll have to hand it to the Commission later, after the Computer-Based Examination, if they ask for it. Make sure to keep a copy for yourself too.

Documents Required While Filling Out The SSC CGL 2024 Application
