SSC CGL Qualification 2025 – Graduation Percentage
To appear for the SSC Combined Graduate Level Exam, candidates must have a graduate degree. For most posts, the percentage of marks in graduation is not a major criterion. However, for the Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) post, candidates must have at least 60% marks in Mathematics in Class 12. For other posts, having around 45% to 50% marks in graduation is usually sufficient to meet the eligibility criteria.

A candidate must meet one of the following criteria:
- (a) A citizen of India.
- (b) A citizen of Nepal.
- (c) A citizen of Bhutan.
- (d) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Candidates falling under categories (b), (c), and (d) above must possess a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.
SSC CGL Physical Standards
