The post of village level worker (VLW) / Panchayat Secretary in the Rural Development Department under JKSSB is an entry-level Group C Post.
The pay scale of the JKSSB Panchayat Secretary falls under Level-2 (19900 - 63200). It includes DA, TA and other allowances.
During the first two years of employment, the candidates will be on probation period and will receive only the basic salary and medical allowance. Therefore, the salary of the Panchayat Secretary will be around Rs. 20200 per month during the probation period.
