SSC CHSL 2024 Topic Wise Weightage
The Staff Selection Commission has released the SSC CHSL 2024 Tier 1 Examination date which is scheduled to be held between 1st to 12th July 2024. Candidates will get a total time of 60 minutes whereas candidates eligible for scribe will get 80 minutes to complete the exam.

The SSC CHSL exam pattern has been changed, the updated exam pattern has been provided in the table below:

SSC CHSL Topic Wise Weightage 2024

As you can see, as a stand-alone topic, algebra had the most questions, followed by trigonometry, mensuration, and geometry. Arithmetic, without a doubt, is a necessary topic and should be covered thoroughly for a good score.

Here non-verbal reasoning has slightly more weightage than the rest. As such all topics are important, particularly number series and image-based problems.

Reading comprehension usually has the highest weightage in any English exam. The comprehension section itself may cover a number of different types of questions. The weightage between the cloze test, para jumbles, and error spotting can be interchangeable so make sure to give proper attention to these. Cover all these topics properly so that you are able to attend the maximum number of questions.

General Awareness covers a wide range of topics. The above table will give you a rough idea of what to expect. History, Science and Tech, and Static GK are some topics that are quite important and just require rote learning.
