IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Notification 2023 – Application Form

IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Notification 2023 – Eligibility Criteria

The candidates applying for IDBI JAM should meet the eligibility criteria as put forward by the IDBI. These include the nationality, age limit, and educational qualifications. These are as follows:

Nationality

The candidates applying for IDBI JAM should meet any of the following criteria:

• a citizen of India, or
• a subject of Nepal, or
• a subject of Bhutan, or
• a Tibetan refugee (who came over to India before 1st January 1962) with the intention of permanently settling in India or
• a person of Indian origin, who has migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar (formally Burma), Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) or (e) above shall be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by Government of India.

Age

Educational Qualification

Applicants who are successful in the OT would be called for a personal interview at the discretion of the Bank. An adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by the Bank, vis a vis category-wise vacancy, will be called for PI. During PI, the candidates will have the option to answer the questions in Hindi or English. Applicants qualifying for the personal interview shall be considered for final shortlisting.

IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Notification 2023 – Salary

The candidates who qualify for the IDBI JAM position will first go through a 6 month training period with a stipend on ₹5000 per month. If their performance is satisfactory these candidates will be promoted to a 2 month internship period with a stipend of ₹15000. On the completion of this 8 month probationary period, candidates will then be onboarded as IDBI Junior Assistant Managers Grade ‘O’ with a salary of ₹Rs.6.14 lakh to ₹6.50 lakh (Class A city).
