Salary after Clearing JAIIB and CAIIB Exams: The Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) conducts the JAIIB (Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers) and the CAIIB (Certified Associate of India Institute of Bankers) examinations. IIBF conducts these exams for banking professionals twice a year – once in May and once in November. The exam score holds a lifetime validity.

Salary after Clearing JAIIB

According to the rules of PSBs (Public Sector Banks), a permanent employee who has cleared the JAIIB exam receives an increment in their salary. The increments are of two types and are according to the grade:

For Clerk Grade:

After qualifying for the JAIIB Examination – 1 increment in salary

For Officer Grade:

After qualifying for the JAIIB Examination- 1 increment in salary

Bank Clerk Pay structure 

After qualifying for the JAIIB exam, the clerk grade receives the following increment JAIIB salary:

The basic pay is 11765/-

After clearing the JAIIB exam, one increment is added to the salary. 

₹ 11765 + ₹ 655= ₹ 12420/-

For Officer Grade:

After qualifying for the CAIIB Examination- 1 increment in salary
